Senior Beta Club

The Senior Beta Club chapter at VCHS is a national service organization for students in 9th to 12th grade. 
National Beta Club is the largest independent, non-profit, educational youth organization in America. It prepares its members to be tomorrow’s leaders. 
 

MISSION STATEMENT OF NATIONAL BETA CLUB

To promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership among elementary and secondary school students.
 
ACHIEVEMENT - Recognizing and honoring high academic achievement
CHARACTER - Preparing young people for life and empowering them to be successful
LEADERSHIP - Developing the leaders of tomorrow
SERVICE - Demonstrating our motto: Let Us Lead by Serving Others
 
Members in our local chapter complete at least 15 service hours per school year and are invited to attend Ohio’s State Beta Convention to showcase club and individual talents in the areas of academics, arts, and technology. There are also opportunities to attend the national convention, leadership camps, and earn scholarships.
