We are very excited to announce that the Vinton County Local School District has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign academic and athletic forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.
If you have an email address on file with us already, you will receive an email from FinalForms on August 12th or 13th with instructions for confirming your account. If YOU DO NOT receive an account confirmation from FinalForms then we either do not have an email address for you in our system or we did not enter your email address correctly. You should receive a letter detailing the platform with your child's beginning of the year forms. We strongly encourage all parents, who are able, to fill out the forms using our FinalForms platform. However, we understand that this is not possible for everyone. If you are unable to fill out the forms digitally at this time, please complete the paper forms and we will offer times throughout the school year to come into the buildings to complete the forms digitally using our devices which will aid in the process next year.

This form can be downloaded to your computer and the information typed in and saved for future use. You can re-use it from year to year by updating any relevant information and signing a new copy to turn in to the school. Please note that the form may not be fillable if it opens within your browser via a browser extension. You will need to open the file in Adobe Reader.
