Principal's Message

Welcome to South Elementary! I am thrilled and honored to serve as the Principal of South Elementary, and I am looking forward to a year full of learning, growth, and unforgettable memories.

 

At South Elementary, we believe that education is a collaborative effort between the school, families, and the community. Together, we can create an enriching and nurturing environment that fosters academic excellence and character development for our students. Our dedicated team of teachers and staff is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for each child to flourish.

 

Communication is key to a successful partnership, and I encourage all families to actively engage with us throughout the year. We will regularly update you on school events, classroom activities, and important announcements via newsletters, emails, our South Elementary PTO Facebook page, and our VCLSD website. We invite you to check your child's "Progress Book" grades, attend parent-teacher conferences, PTO meetings, and school events, where we can exchange ideas, address concerns, and celebrate achievements together.
